CORRECTION: Unico Properties not buyer of commercial building

BOULDER —  A story published on BizWest’s website and distributed to subscribers’ emails on Sept. 21 incorrectly identified the buyer of a 105,000-square-foot commercial building at 4775 Walnut St. in Boulder as Seattle-based Unico Properties LLC.

The incorrect story has been removed from BizWest’s website and its archives. BizWest regrets the error and will post a story once the actual buyer is confirmed.
