Boulder-based online bike shop raises $8 million

BOULDER — The Pro’s Closet Inc., an eBay store specializing in reselling bike gear, is raising $9,050,000.

The online retailer has raised $8,050,000, according to a Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 20.

The Pro’s Closet is offering equity to raise the funds. The company did not respond to BizWest’s request for comment.
