Boulder energy auditing company raises $50,000

BOULDER — Simuwatt Inc., a tech company with an application for measuring energy use in commercial buildings, is seeking $750,000 in capital.

So far, the energy auditor has raised $50,000, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 8. Simuwatt did not return requests for more information.

Simuwatt is offering up debt to secure the funds.
