Foothills Mall finds new tenant for empty Sports Authority space
FORT COLLINS — The Foothills Mall has found new tenants, including one that is going to occupy the space Sports Authority planned to go into before the sports retailer filed for bankruptcy.
The three to four new tenants have not yet been named, according to the Coloradoan. Developers have signed a letter of intent for the junior anchor spot in the south wing. The Coloradoan added that city sources indicated in October the new tenant may be Dick’s Sporting Goods.
To turn the letter of intent into a signed lease may take a few months.
