Internet of Things engineering firm gets new CEO

LAFAYETTE — Engineering services firm Cardinal Peak has a new CEO.

Mark Carrington, who joined the company six months ago as president, will now take the helm. Current CEO Howdy Pierce, who is also the company’s co-founder, will remain with the company as chairman.

Prior to joining Cardinal Peak, a company that specializes in Internet of Things products, Carrington worked at IBM, Magnum Semiconductor and DiviCom.
