COLORADO SPRINGS — Three new hotels will soon join the lodging inventory in Colorado Springs.
The Gazette reports that plans include an 87-room Holiday Inn Express in the InterQuest Commons development on the north side of the city, a 120-room hotel on the city’s south side and an 81-room project near Interstate 25 and Academy Boulevard.
The new projects come as the occupancy rate for hotels in Colorado Springs stands at its highest level in two decades, The Gazette reports, citing the Rocky Mountain Lodging Report.
