RMG – Rocky Mountain Group acquires CRE Design Engineering

DENVER —  The Denver office of RMG-Rocky Mountain Group has acquired CRE Design Engineering of Lakewood.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In addition to the Denver office, RMG has a presence in Northern Colorado through its office in Evans that serves the Greeley area and another office in Colorado Springs.

The acquisition of CRE will grow RMG to more than 80 employees and strengthen its presence along the Front Range, the company said in a statement released Wednesday.

RMG provides commercial and residential services that include geotechnical, structural and civil engineering, construction materials testing, architectural design and land planning.

The firm has 15 licensed architects and engineers with licenses in 22 states, with more than 60 in additional support staff.  Staff members include geologists, design engineers, technicians, CAD operators and administrative staff.

RMG-Rocky Mountain Group is the tradename for Geostruct Engineers Inc.
