Etkin Johnson breaks ground on spec office development in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD — Construction crews are breaking ground this week on a speculative office development in Broomfield that Denver firm Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners has had in the planning stages for the past two years.

Dubbed Atria, the development will include two 86,690-square-foot single-story buildings on 15.5 acres at 13699 and 13601 Via Varra. Named for its light-filled setting and open courtyards, Atria’s two buildings are both slated for completion by the first quarter of 2018, Etkin Johnson partner Ryan Good said Thursday.
