Crossroads Commerce business park lands another large tenant
Construction crews have broken ground on a sixth large warehouse in the Crossroads Commerce business park near the junction of Interstates 25 and 70 in Denver.
BusinessDen.com reports that California-based Inline Distributing Co. plans to buy the 70,000-square-foot warehouse when it’s complete next year. Developer Trammell Crow Co. is building the facility to suit for Inline, but also owns three for-rent warehouses in the park, which is slated for 1 million square feet of commercial space at buildout.
