Denver developer eyes big-box retail for north Loveland intersection

A 10-acre parcel of land at the southeast corner of U.S. 287 and 57th Street in Loveland to a big-box retailer and other commercial uses.

The Reporter-Herald reports that Denver-based Drake Real Estate Services is under contract to purchase the land and is working on a deal with a yet-to-be-named national retailer that would anchor the development.
