Fort Collins-based Qualfon acquires Texas firm
FORT COLLINS – Qualfon, a global provider of call-center services based in Fort Collins, has acquired a 700-person Texas firm, a move that expands the former’s competency in a variety of sectors.
San Antonio-based Culture.Service.Growth will operate as a fully integrated part of Qualfon, company officials stated in a press release. The deal closed at the end of March.
Qualfon’s acquisition of CSG, the company said, expands Qualfon’s expertise in property & casualty insurance, transportation and logistics, and retail services.

Qualfon first gained a foothold in Fort Collins in 2014 with its acquisition of Center Partners Inc. But its footprint is far-reaching.
Qualfon now has nine call centers in the United States, as well as locations in the Philippines, Mexico and Guyana.
