Hotel, brewpub to anchor new Harmony Commons
A 100-room hotel will anchor a new development in southeast Fort Collins, along with a brewpub, pizzeria, sandwich and coffee shops, offices, a hair and nail salon and a fitness center.
According to The Coloradoan, Brinkman Partners expects to close in May on a 9.2-acre tract on the southwest corner of Harmony Road and Lady Moon Drive for its Harmony Commons project. The site currently is part of Harmony Technology Park.
