Metro Denver million-dollar home sales climb year-over-year

February luxury home sales in the Denver metro area, including Boulder, were slightly off January’s mark but still rose 39 percent compared to February of last year.

The figures come from the latest report from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and are based on multiple listing service data of all homes sold for $1 million or more in the region.

Boulder saw 12 such sales in February, second only to Denver’s 29. Castle Rock had six and Cherry Hills Village and Littleton four each.
