Fort Collins Brewery adding canning line, revamping core beer lineup

FORT COLLINS — Fort Collins Brewery announced on Wednesday that the company is adding a canning line and revamping its beer lineup — moves that will also come with updated label designs.

The changes are set to take place in March, brewery officials said in a press release.

In adding the canning line, the 13-year-old brewery’s core lineup of four beers will be available only in cans. That lineup includes Red Banshee Red Ale, albeit with an updated alt style. Major Tom’s Pomegranate Wheat, an FCB seasonal, also joins the core lineup along with Far Away IPA. Shot Down, a “reincarnated version of Chocolate Stout,” will round out the year-round offerings.
