The same developers building a Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store in Loveland could also be bringing another King Soopers to town.
The Reporter-Herald reports that Evergreen Devco “is preparing to submit applications for a 20-acre retail development” at the intersection of U.S. Highway 287 and 71st St. King Soopers officials confirmed to the paper that the site is one they are considering for what would be their third store in Loveland.
