Evans raises impact fees for developers

The Evans city council voted on Tuesday to approve a new set of higher impact fees for developers.

But the council, the Greeley Tribune reports, also approved a new program to offer incentives both to developers to entice them to locate projects in Evans as well as existing businesses to help ease their costs of structural improvements.
