Public to get look at Eaton Industrial Rail Park

EATON — Real estate brokers, developers, investors and industrial and commercial businesses can get an up-close look at the new 43-acre Eaton Industrial Rail Park on July 16.

The town of Eaton and rail park property owner Omaha Track Inc. will host the free event from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., which will celebrate the transformation of a 40-plus-year-old brownfield sugar beet factory into developable land for a regional industrial rail park.

The event will include site tours, a look at an historic Pullman car, food and drink, and networking opportunities. Participants will gather at Afinity Inc., 260 Factory Road in Eaton.
