Report: Weld County job growth led nation in 2014
For the second year in a row in 2014, Weld County saw the greatest percentage of job growth of any of the nation’s 339 largest counties, according to a new report released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on Wednesday.
The number of jobs in Weld grew by 8 percent, tying it with Midland County Texas for the top spot. Adams County, Colorado came in third with 6.4 percent job growth, followed by Lee County, Florida and Williamson County in Tennessee.
