Broomfield council approves 136-room Holiday Inn Express hotel

The Broomfield city council this week approved plans for a 136-room Holiday Inn Express hotel to be built across the street from the Hyatt House hotel and near the intersection of Via Varra and the Northwest Parkway.

The Daily Camera reports that the hotel, which will sit on a 2.2-acre site, will employ 13 people. A timeline for construction hasn’t yet been determined.
