Banner Medical Group buys First-Care Physicians in Loveland, Fort Collins
FORT COLLINS — First-Care Physicians LLP, a family medicine practice with clinics in Loveland and Fort Collins, has been acquired by Banner Medical Group, Phoenix-based Banner Health’s physicians group.
Financial terms of the deal finalized April 27 were not disclosed.
First-Care Drs. Thomas Allen, Thomas Kasenberg and Edwin Risenhoover, along with three physician assistants and 11 staff members have become employees of the Banner Medical Group.
