Denver developer mulls 55-acre site in Fort Collins

The Coloradoan reports that a Denver development company hopes to bring a King Soopers-anchored shopping center to South College Avenue and Carpenter Road to serve south Fort Collins.

Evergreen Development has a contract to buy property on the west side of South College Avenue/U.S. 287 adjacent to land already owned by King Soopers, Evergreen principal Tyler Carlson said. Together the site would span about 55 acres and likely be a master-planned development including housing.
