BOULDER – Pearl Street Capital Group has raised a new $25 million pooled investment fund, according to a filing made this week with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Officials for the company couldn’t be reached Wednesday.
The company, with an office at 1401 Pearl St. in Boulder and one in Boston, is an asset management firm that creates private equity investment opportunities for individuals and institutions, according to the company’s website.
