RGS to release 3Q earnings report Nov. 19

LOUISVILLE – Louisville-based Solar installer RGS Energy (Nasdaq: RGSE) will release its third-quarter earnings results Nov. 19 at 2:30 p.m. mountain time.

The company will file a Form 12b-25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to allow an additional five days to submit its quarterly report on Form 10-Q.

Additional time is needed due to staffing changes in its accounting department, the company said in a statement.
