GHX to acquire Atlanta’s Vendormate

Louisville-based health-care software company Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) LLC., a software company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Atlanta-based Vendormate. The deal is expected to close within the next 30 days.

Vendormate, which provides vendor relationship management software, serves as a bridge between health-care providers and suppliers.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vendormate’s relationship management solutions will add vendor-credentialing capabilities to the GHX supply chain portfolio, which makes it easier for providers to better manage the process of who they do business with.

GHX was previously acquired by private-equity firm Thoma Bravo, LLC in February of this year, but the company still retains its autonomy.
