Pedersen Toyota expansion plans moving forward

FORT COLLINS — Plans to renovate and expand Pedersen Toyota in Fort Collins are moving forward, with public hearings slated for this fall.

Owner Pedersen Properties LTD is proposing to expand its auto dealership at 4455 S. College Ave. on about five acres of land.

The project consists of renovating the existing 27,700-square-foot main dealership building to reflect Toyota’s new branding image.
