GitHub Inc. unwraps new Boulder office

BOULDER – San Francisco-based GitHub Inc., which provides an online platform for sharing programming code, is hosting a “Patchwork” event tonight as part of a public unveiling of its new Boulder office.

The Boulder office, at 1300 Walnut St., is just the second for GitHub, where about 60 percent of the 230 employees work remotely away from the San Francisco office.  The company moved into its 3,500-square-foot Boulder space in the spring but just recently finished renovating the space.

The patchwork event runs from 6 to 9:30 p.m., and will provide an introduction for anyone interested in using the Git tool, on…
