Vito named manager at Twenty Ninth Street
Vito comes to the job from the Town Center at Aurora shopping center, where he had been the manager since 2010. He previously managed shopping centers in California and New Mexico, including Cottonwood Mall in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, California.
Twenty Ninth Street at 1710 29th St. is managed by Macerich Co. (NYSE: MAC), a real estate investment trust in Santa Monica, California. The company also manages Flatiron Crossing mall in Broomfield and more than 90 other mall properties in 19 states around the United States.

J.T. Fulton, the former property manager at Twenty Ninth Street, transferred to another Macerich property in California, according to Kate Honea, a Twenty Ninth Street spokeswoman.
Vito is from Longmont. He started his career on the Auraria campus in Denver, getting involved more than a decade ago in the renovation of the Tivoli Student Union at 900 Auraria Parkway in Denver.
