Loveland-based developer McWhinney constructed the building in 2012 to house Fiberspar, which manufactures fiber-reinforced piping for the oil and gas industry.

At the time, McWhinney worked with rail company OmniTrax to build a rail spur that connects the facility to a Union Pacific-Burlington Northern Santa Fe interchange.

CBRE brokers Kyle Lundy, Julius Tabert and Jon Rue were also involved with the transaction.
