In preparation for Republic Services becoming the primary provider of residential recycling, yard trimmings, and trash, residents should now select the best cart size and service schedule for their household needs.

The Natapows opened Momentum at 1625 Pearl St. in June 2007.

The fair-trade business model ensures producers of products receive a living wage, provides healthy and safe working conditions, and engages in environmentally sustainable practices.

“We are very excited to not only continue to keep Momentum full of great fair-trade products, but to further its mission and purpose in downtown Boulder and beyond,´ said Paul Culler. “Each product represents an artisan with a story of hope and justice. We strongly believe that as fair trade becomes more accessible to everyone, we are winning the fight against global poverty.”

The Cullers also own six Fair Trade Winds stores across the country; each is family operated and committed to fair trade.

The Culler family opened its first Fair Trade Winds store in Bar Harbor, Maine in 2007. Since then, it has opened stores in Fairfax, Stony Brook, New York, Seattle, Washington, Springfield, Ohio, and Jamestown, Rhode Island.

The stores are members of Green America and the Fair Trade Federation.
