Bank of Colorado donates $100K to PVH, MCR Foundation

FORT COLLINS – The PVH and MCR Foundation has received a $100,000 gift from Bank of Colorado that will go toward the development of the University of Colorado Health’s new Fort Collins cancer center.

The cancer center is currently under construction and will be located on UCHealth’s Harmony Campus in Fort Collins. It is scheduled to open in late spring 2014 with an estimated cost of $11 million.

The project is meant to provide cancer patients with access to a wide variety of cancer treatments under one roof. According to UCHealth, 1,200 people in Larimer County are diagnosed with cancer each year.
