Greeley annexes 102 acres for business park

GREELEY – The Greeley City Council Tuesday unanimously approved the annexation and zoning of a 102-acre parcel near the Weld County government offices for future use as a business park.

The property is located just north of the Weld County offices, which are near 11th Avenue and O Street. The land, known as The Grainery, will be zoned two different ways.

Seventy-seven acres will be for industrial uses, and the remaining 25 will be zoned for commercial use.
