Former owner to reopen Cactus Grille in Loveland
Former owner Mike Severance, his daughter Chrissy French and their business partner Geoff Fleming will reopen the restaurant at 119 E. Fourth St., just two doors down from its original home. The space was formerly home to the Baja Fish Co., where Severance also worked as a manager.
The owners plan to stick with much of the original menu, which they describe as Mexican with a Southwestern flair. It will include burritos, chimichangas, fajitas, chipotle chicken and stuffed sopapillas, as well as margaritas.
