Former owner to reopen Cactus Grille in Loveland

The Cactus Grille, a Southwestern-style restaurant in Loveland that closed down in the midst of the 2008 recession, will reopen its doors this March, pending the approval of its liquor license.

Former owner Mike Severance, his daughter Chrissy French and their business partner Geoff Fleming will reopen the restaurant at 119 E. Fourth St., just two doors down from its original home. The space was formerly home to the Baja Fish Co., where Severance also worked as a manager.

The owners plan to stick with much of the original menu, which they describe as Mexican with a Southwestern flair. It will include…
