Downtown Fort Collins retail property sold for $2 million

FORT COLLINS — Just over 8,100 square feet of retail space in downtown Fort Collins has been purchased for $2 million.

The property that changed hands is located at the intersection of College Avenue and Olive Street and houses the sushi restaurant JeJu, among other businesses.

A limited liability corporation called NE College Olive purchased the property in a transaction that closed on Dec. 21.
