Allen Ginsborg, managing director and principal of NewMark Merrill Mountain States, was named the 2012 Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year by the Everitt Real Estate Center at Colorado State University’s College of Business. Ginsborg’s company acquired and is redeveloping Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont.

William Freytag, former chairman and chief executive of Boulder-based biotech firm Myogen Inc., received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Colorado BioScience Association at its annual awards ceremony, Industry’s Best of 2012.
