Army Reserve to build new readiness center in Windsor

WINDSOR – The U.S. Army Reserve has purchased 18.39 acres in Windsor to build a Readiness Training Center.

The site is located to the east of the Budweiser Events Center, just within the limits of the Town of Windsor. The purchase price was not disclosed.

A timeline for construction was not specified.

The part-time soldiers will use the facility for their monthly weekend training, as well as the annual two-week training.
