Brinkman begins contruction on new building in Denver project

Brinkman Construction has broken ground on the sixth building in Denver River North’s Taxi development.

The latest building in the development is located at 3457 Ringsby Court and will consist of a four-story, 38,000-square-foot LEED certified office space built around the requirements of 20 to 30 high-tech, creative businesses. Office spaces will range from 500 to 10,000 square feet and will include features such as garage-style glass doors and informal common spaces.

The Taxi development is a project of father-son team Mickey and Kyle Zeppelin of Zeppelin Development Inc., and is focused on the market for workspace that is cutting-edge, but also informal.
