Developer buys 38 acres at CTC

LOUISVILLE — An LLC created by Denver-based real estate developer Etkin Johnson Group has purchased 37.7 acres of undeveloped land in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville for $2.128 million, according to public records.

The acquisition includes six lots on Taylor Avenue and one lot on Taylor Road.

EJ Louisville Land LLC made the acquisition from Colorado Tech Land Co. LLC.

Etkin Johnson Group has sizeable holdings in the U.S. 36 corridor, including several properties in the Colorado Technology Center, which is in Louisville.  Most recently it purchased the vacant 34,329-square-foot flex building at 1812 Boxelder St. for $1.85 million.

Executives with Etkin Johnson Group did not return calls seeking comments on their plans for the sites or the area. According to the company’s website, it develops build-to-suit projects and owns and manages buildings.

The lots acquired by EJ Louisville Land LLC include a 6.25-acre lot at 199 Taylor Ave.; a 4.52-acre lot at 167 Taylor Ave.; a 0.99-acre lot at 101 Taylor Ave.; a 3.45-acre lot at 1739 Taylor Ave.; a 3.52-acre lot at 1797 Taylor Ave.; a 7.91-acre lot at 0 Taylor Road; and an 11.02-acre lot at 0 Taylor Ave.
