United Way accepting funding requests
LAFAYETTE – Foothills United Way is accepting requests for funding from health and human service nonprofits that serve Boulder and Broomfield counties.
Applications are due March 2 and apply to the areas of education, community basics, financial stability and health:
Education supports learning and development in children and youth so that they are prepared to succeed in school and in the community.
Community Basics helps people meet basic needs of food, shelter and safety.
Income/Financial Stability increases skills training in people for improved employability and economic self-sufficiency.
Health helps people achieve optimal health by promoting wellness and health-care access.
