Binswanger is expected to grow as a result of the sale, said Will Pucillo, a Grey Mountain Partners spokesman.

The announcement comes one day after Grey Mountain said it bought Global Security Glazing, a ballistics-grade security glass company in Selma, Alabama.

Grey Mountain Partners most commonly invests in companies with enterprise values between $30 million and $150 million, Jason Urband, a spokesman for the firm, said in an emailed response to a request for comment.
