Eldon James project approved by Timnath Town Council

TIMNATH – Plastics manufacturer Eldon James Corp. received approval from the Timnath Town Council Tuesday night for a 75,000-square-foot manufacturing facility approved by the town planning commission last week.

The building will serve as the new headquarters for Eldon James, and groundbreaking is expected to occur March 1. Completion of the state-of-the-art building is expected by November.

Investment in the new facility, to be located near the intersection of Harmony Road and Club Drive, is expected to total approximately $12 million, according to Eldon James CEO Marcia Coulson, and will expand on the 30,000 square feet of space currently owned by…
