Kaiser Permanente, Banner Health to partner in Northern Colorado

DENVER – Kaiser Permanente Colorado, the state’s largest nonprofit health plan, announced today it will offer health care services for the first time in Northern Colorado through a partnership with a contracted network of community providers and an exclusive hospital agreement with Banner Health hospitals and physicians.

Kaiser said it filed its plan with the state Division of Insurance and intends to have new medical offices in Loveland and Fort Collins by late 2012 and in Greeley by 2014.

Each Kaiser Permanente office will offer primary care, pharmacy, laboratory and X-ray services. Hospital care will be provided at Banner Health’s McKee Medical…
