Toll to speak at Everitt Center event March 25

FORT COLLINS – Colorado
Division of Real Estate Director Erin Toll will provide an update and
outlook for 2010 at the Colorado State University Everitt Real Estate
Center’s March 25 event.

At the two-hour event – dubbed “Housing,
Mortgages and Regulations, Oh My!” – the Everitt Real Estate Center
will present findings from two surveys of the mortgage industry and
local residential real estate markets.

The event will also
include the release of the Everitt Center’s Northern Colorado House
Prices Indices, which includes a 14-year analysis of housing trends in
Boulder, Larimer and Weld counties. Toll will also participate in a
question-and-answer session following her presentation.

Registration
and networking will start at 8 a.m. on March 25 at the Fort Collins
Hilton. The program will run from 9 to 11 a.m. Registration is available

attend for the general public is $50, with discounts available for
Everitt Real Estate Center members and CSU students, faculty and staff.
