Intrado has plans to hire 70 employees

LONGMONT – Intrado Inc., a company the makes advanced emergency communications systems for public safety agencies, will hire about 70 new employees as the Longmont-based company continues to grow.

The jobs will range from well-paying entry-level positions that do not require a college degree to positions such as software engineers, said Paul Lonnegren, a spokesman for the company.

Intrado employs about 800 people in Longmont and about 1,200 people companywide Lonnegren said.
