Listening

If you are at a crossroads in your life I suggest you take time to listen to what your life is telling you. Here are 10 ways to slow down and listen to the voice inside:

  1. Garden your day away.
  2. Walk a labyrinth. It is a powerful metaphor for our journey in life.
  3. Meditate for 20 minutes a day. Find a book. Take a class. Download a guided meditation.
  4. Journal.
  5. 5. Try a movement practice such as, Qi Gong, Tai Chi or yoga.
  6. Dance your heart open with Nia or try Dances of Universal Peace.
  7. Take time for silence. Turn off the cell. Shut down email. Just give yourself a day to spend in quiet reflection.
