If you are at a crossroads in your life I suggest you take time to listen to what your life is telling you. Here are 10 ways to slow down and listen to the voice inside:
- Garden your day away.
- Walk a labyrinth. It is a powerful metaphor for our journey in life.
- Meditate for 20 minutes a day. Find a book. Take a class. Download a guided meditation.
- Journal.
- 5. Try a movement practice such as, Qi Gong, Tai Chi or yoga.
- Dance your heart open with Nia or try Dances of Universal Peace.
- Take time for silence. Turn off the cell. Shut down email. Just give yourself a day to spend in quiet reflection.
- Go on a meditative walk in nature. Walk in silence.
- Take a long bike ride.
- Go to Shambala and take a course that is geared to help you tune inward.
