The Grove returns, with green modifications
Almost a year after it was originally submitted to the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning board, the controversial Grove student housing project was heard by the board again on June 16, after the Business Report went to press. The new plan includes modifications to help alleviate concerns voiced by the board, city council and the project’s neighbors.
