Fit for Work?
The older I get, the more I realize how crappy I feel when I don’t eat right. Too much sugar, white flour, and caffeine plays havoc with my mood, zaps my energy level, and fogs my brain. Do your career a big favor and follow a diet that is mostly made up of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean protein.
If you really want to shine at work, do thirty minutes of heart pounding aerobics every single day. Heck, you may as well go all the way and begin each morning by writing in a journal, sipping a cup of herb tea, and setting an intention.
Before bed find a quiet place to clear your mind and meditate. And then start all over again in the morning. These are the simple habits of people who do great work.
