Gaiam’s revenue declines in Q4
LOUISVILLE – Lifestyle media company Gaiam Inc.’s revenue declined but income increased during the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31 after deciding to reduce its television advertising and catalog circulation.
Revenue for the Louisville-based (Nasdaq: GAIA) declined 4.9 percent in the fourth quarter to $83.3 million compared with the $87.6 million recorded for the same period a year earlier.
Income for the quarter increased to $4.5 million, up from $4.3 million in the same quarter a year ago. Price per share was 18 cents compared with 17 cents a year ago.
