April residential statistics also show improvement
LOVELAND – April sales statistics compiled by Loveland-based Information
Real Estate Services show a continuing trend toward increasing home
sales in Northern Colorado.
The IRES data, released Tuesday, shows there were 238 sold listings in
Fort Collins in April, up by 48 over March. Greeley-Evans had 163 sold
listings in April, up by 47 over the number sold in March.
Loveland-Berthoud had 138 sold listings in April, up by 12 over March,
while Estes Park had 25 sold listings for the month, up by 9 over March.
