Sisters replacing Exempla executives

LAFAYETTE – Five Exempla Healthcare executives will be replaced in conjunction with Exempla’s transfer of control to Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health Systems Inc.

In Lafayette, Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center leadership headed by David Hamm, president and chief executive, won’t change. But Jeff Selberg, Exempla Healthcare’s president and chief executive officer, will be replaced. Selberg was said to be instrumental in founding Good Samaritan.
