Fresca Foods continues to expand
LOUISVILLE – Fresca Foods Inc. based in Louisville continues to expand its business at the Colorado Technology Center.
The food company, which prepares dough, sauces and entrees, signed a lease for 18,337 square feet of warehouse space at 510 Pierce St.

It is the fourth building for the Fresca Foods at the CTC for a total of about 55,000 square feet in the business park. The company has its headquarters at 2011 Cherry St., a production facility at 340 S. Taylor Ave. and a distribution center 1533 Arthur Ave. Fresca Foods also has a production facility in Adams County and a refrigeration facility in Denver. The company employs 140 people and continues to grow.
